These Order Guidelines and Terms of Service ("terms") govern the provision of any product or service from Muddy Paws Graphics. By ordering products or using services, or otherwise indicating acceptance of these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and reviewed these terms in their entirety, you agree to these
terms, and these terms constitute binding and enforceable obligations to you.


To ensure the best possible print, please send unedited, uncropped originals. We accept photos in JPEG or TIFF format with a minimum resolution of 300ppi and minimum dimensions of 1500 x 2000 pixels.

Our designers have extensive backgrounds in photography and graphic design, and will perform complimentary routine photo touch-ups when needed. These include brightening and sharpening your photo images for optimal printing.

Muddy Paws Graphics emails your design to you for approval before printing. At this point, you need to view the design for content, and review all text. Any printed text is the client’s final responsibility. While we have a proofreader compare the design to your order form, it is important for you to take a careful look at all content for accuracy, spelling, etc. Upon your final approval of the card, Muddy Paws Graphics can no longer be held responsible for spelling or additional errors that were missed during the proofing stage.

Pre-designed custom cards:

The Muddy Paws Graphics online gallery offers a wide variety of our pre-designed cards. The pricing allocated on each card page has the design and printing fee incorporated into the price, so you can make some minor alterations, if needed. At no additional charge we will happily make minor edits to the placement of design elements and typography according to instructions you provide with your order.

A small additional fee may apply if you...

• Add significantly more text that requires modification to the original design
• Request color change of certain designs
• Change layout or typography that fundamentally affects the original design
• Swap out or change placement of photos
• Request a different card design than shown in your original order

Any requested changes after your two complimentary proofs will require an additional proofing fee of $25 per change/proof. We will not print your card without your proof approval.


Bespoke orders:

When placing a bespoke order, a one-time design fee of $40 is added to the base price of your cards.

Payment is required at the time you place your order. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).

All orders shipping to Missouri will be charged applicable sales tax.

Because of the personalized nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. We understand that circumstances change, so if you decide to cancel your order at any point before proof approval, we will refund 50% of your payment. If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been approved for printing, we will not be able to refund any portion of your payment. If you need to change your order after proof approval, please let us know as soon as possible. While we are unable to refund your original order, we are happy to assist you with an expedited reorder. Of course, if an error is made by Muddy Paws Graphics or our printer, we will order a reprint to rectify that error at no additional cost to you.

After we receive your completed order form, full payment, and your photos, Muddy Paws Graphics begins to design your product. Within several business days of receiving your order and photos, we will email you a digital proof for your approval. Once approved, we will then send your card to the printer. The printer takes 1-2 days to print.
